Leasing Officer

Role Description

• We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Officer to join our property team.
•  The Leasing Officer will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing properties, screening tenants, coordinating property viewings, and preparing lease agreements. 
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a deep understanding of property management and leasing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote and lease available residential and/or commercial properties to prospective tenants.
• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate property features, terms, and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Screen potential tenants through background checks, credit reports, and employment verification.
• Prepare and review lease agreements in compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Maintain updated listings of available properties on company website and third-party platforms.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections and ensure readiness of units for new tenants.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to encourage renewals and referrals.
